AdBlue Contamination

So, exactly what is the problem with putting AdBlue in a diesel car? Seeing that AdBlue is predominantly deionised water, it is almost the same as putting water in your tank. Diesel and water will not blend in any way and attempting to run a diesel car on water isn't going to work.
